My goal in my nursing practice is to protect the values of nursing. I will remain genuine, purpose driven, tolerant, flexible, kind, and devoted to the best nursing practices available. I will study and know, to the best of my ability, the knowledge, standards, and the leadership skills needed to deliver effective patient care. I will remain honest, avoiding egotistical and malicious practices that could affect the value of care I give my patients. I vow to uphold these standards for myself, throughout my career.
